Shipping & Returns

For online orders, the shipping cost includes taxes, and it is a door-to-door service with no extra fees. You can order worry-free.

RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTIES

Within 14 day of purchase

1. All unused items in original condition are eligible for a full refund.

2.The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, or your choice of a digital store gift card.

3. Items returned which are not in new and resealable condition will not be granted a refund.

4. Opened and used items are eligible for a complimentary, one-time exchange only.

5. We offer a 1 year warranty on all products purchased, if you suspect there was a defect, a photo proof will be required to receive a replacement.

6. If you suspect your package was lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back after contact us. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Simply contact us within the 14 days period, and we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with return or exchange instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

Our warehouse team will process your return as it’s received, and we’ll do our best to issue you the appropriate exchange or refund as soon as possible. It’s best to provide us with a tracking number for your return or exchange package so we can anticipate your return. If you’ve sent your items back but have not received any emails from us, please contact us via email address: support@shulix.com

Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Shulix shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.

We provide our customer FREE shipping on every order. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for product preparation. SHULIX team ships Monday through Friday, meaning, if you place an order on a weekday, it will be out the door within 3-5 business days. Place an order over the weekend and we’ll pack it up and get it in the mail first thing Monday morning. The estimated delivery time shown in the table below is provided for your reference ( not absolute).
